ElIGIBILITY
Membership in the SDCCC is available to persons and organizations interested and/or involved in healthcare or public engagement and who agree with the philosophy and purpose of the SDCCC.
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP - $25 a year
Expand your expertise with training on important topics related to advance care planning and palliative care.
Connect with your peers and a network of professionals dedicated to compassionate care.
Stay up-to-date on relevant policies and legislation that impact your organization.
Receive reduced rates for SDCCC functions.

Voting member
ORGANIZATION MEMBERSHIP - $100 a year
Everything in Individual Membership PLUS:
All employees or members are able to receive discounts to events with SDCCC.
Organizations may designate up to two voting members to attend SDCCC meetings on behalf of the organization; other organization representatives are always welcome.
Make a Donation
Donations will be used at the discretion of SDCCC Board, with the intent to provide scholarships to attend Palliative Care Conferences for practitioners and for students enrolled in a health related field.
